Surely, no one will ever read this, but hey, starting without an introduction is rude. Even if it is probably for no one, there's always the coincidental someone who might bump into this cookbookblog.
Anyhoo, this blog is made by Case. Yours truly is une madame with love for skateboarding, training (not fitness nonsense), music, artstuff (especially the cooler side), designing, inventing and much much more.
I have been attempting to learn how to cook for a long time, but my attempts need a boost. I have no clear goals of what I want to learn to cook, so that is what this blog is for. No worries though, there will be recipes. Lots, in fact (or at least that's what's supposed to happen).
Now, maybe you're thinking; why should I even bother looking at this blog? It doesn't look fancy, the writer could just as well be talentless at cooking and there are a million other sites that present it much more professionally.
My answer to that is: think about other unfamous cooks, like mom, grandma, uncle Something or maybe even yourself!
But to be completely honest, I'm just a starter, like everyone else was at one point and this blog is simply for my personal use. I find it highly annoying to look for ONE good recipe all over the internet -which is practically looking for something worldwide, only on the web (hence www); so looking all over the world for some recipe- whenever my computer crashes. It's just too much trouble, you'll surely understand.
A small hope that I hold, is of some one person, maybe two, finding this and appreciating the searching, researching, examining and so forth. I think that would be pretty awesome, so if you do; don't hesitate to leave a message! Even if you just read this post (or any post on here), leave a comment. Cause knowing that I'm being read is great too, no matter how many years later it is! Forwarding and sharing this blog will of course be appreciated too. :D
I will post and update a list of things I want to learn to make and recipes of things I have made (or am planning to). I will do a lot of research for the most fail-proof recipes possible and for the healthiest options, seeing as that's what I like myself, as well as a whole bunch of other people.
Articles on healthier food options and the like can be expected.
Also, in the future, when I am on my world trip, I will post recipes of traditional foods and drinks from all kinds of countries and cultures; hopefully from the most authentic sources possible and from well respected bigshots too, perhaps.
For now, I say thank you and aloha to you, you cool person that just read all of this!
